Transport:   3.0 mL (min: 1.0 mL) whole blood refrigerated (also acceptable: 500 mcL (0.5 mL) in a lavender (EDTA) microtainer - pediatric volume)
Unacceptable Conditions:  6.0 mL lavender (EDTA)
Frozen, hemolyzed, or clotted specimens.
Stability:  Ambient: 12 Hours / Refrigerated: 24 Hours
